The project is slated to be set up in the Coimbatore district of the state. Mytrah Energy’s winning bid for 300 Mw capacity was part of the fourth tranche of SECI’s reverse auction for wind projects.

A total of 11 companies had participated in the reverse bidding, collectively submitting quotes for a capacity of 2,633.2 Mw. Mytrah quoted a tariff of Rs 2.52 per unit for its winning bid.
