Mahindra EV Drivers Get Easier Charging With Adani Tie-Up

In a major boost for India’s electric vehicle (EV) market, Mahindra & Mahindra signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Limited. This collaboration aims to accelerate EV adoption by setting up a nationwide EV charging network.

The partnership goes beyond infrastructure. They will also develop user-friendly solutions for EV owners, making it easier to find, use, and pay for EV charging stations through features like discovery, availability, navigation, and transactions on the Bluesense+ app. This will be particularly beneficial for XUV400 owners, who will gain access to over 1,100 chargers.

This agreement aligns with India’s climate goals. Notably, Adani Green Energy Limited recently achieved a significant milestone by initiating a 1,000 MW solar power plant in Gujarat, bringing their total operational capacity to 9,478 MW.

Additionally, Adani Electricity Mumbai is looking to procure power from 600 MW of wind projects, further highlighting their commitment to clean energy.
