There steam methane reformers achieve high energy efficiency without dependence on exported steam by high recuperation of heat for internal use.

Further, the BayoTech reformer has a small form factor, allowing it to be deployed at or near the point of use. This significant improvement in efficiency, along with eliminating transportation need, translates into a reduced carbon footprint.

H2 ZEST provides consulting services to the hydrogen sector and specializes in hydrogen generation, fueling and backup power solutions.

H2 ZEST brings a high level of market experience and a broad network of connections that will be vital for introducing BayoTech to the growing Indian hydrogen energy market.

With over 13,000 km of natural gas pipelines, India is a great fit BayoTech’s on-site hydrogen generation solutions.

“India is quickly embracing hydrogen as a means to decarbonize industry and power transportation”, said H2 ZEST Chairman and Director, Dilip Deore. “BayoTech’s low-cost hydrogen generators are a perfect solution for India’s growing hydrogen economy”.

The ministry of new and renewable energy is planning to run hydrogen fuel celled buses in Leh keeping in line with the Union government’s plan to make Ladakh the first union territory (UT) to run completely on renewable energy and reduce the heavy dependence of diesel in the area.

MNRE has been training its focus on increased use of hydrogen fueled transportation for quite some time and at January-end, government officials met an Italian delegation to discuss about new opportunities for collaboration and potential investment projects in the fields of hydrogen, fuel cells and electrolysers.

With this partnership we hope to see a new breed of vehicles on road – The Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicles.
